5. Employer Services & Payments

Employers purchasing job posting slots, featured placement packages, or candidate database access agree to pay all applicable fees at the time of purchase. All payments processed via TalentBuzz are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly agreed to in writing.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, platform code, user interface designs, branding, trademarks, and content hosted on talentbuzz.online (excluding User-Generated Content) are the exclusive property of TalentBuzz. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for individual recruitment or career search purposes.

7. User Content & Licensing

By submitting content (resumes, work samples, company logos, job descriptions) to TalentBuzz, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, adapt, and process this content solely for operating, promoting, and facilitating recruitment services on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

9. Account Termination
